　　Besides strong R&D support from the GROUP, we have over 30 technical staff with senior or medium-level technical title in China. 　　Raw material purchase: all the incoming raw material must pass the examination done by Quality Inspection Division before listed on the candidate supplier list. To ensure quality, some raw materials are imported.

　　Production control: 5-sheet multiple form is used to control the production and ensure steady quality, production planning Division initiates the form for production and signs, Raw Material Store signs and keeps one sheet, production Division keeps one sheet after receiving raw material, products Store keeps one sheet after receiving the finished products. Finally the sheet with the four signatures is returned back to production planning Division.
